After 3 years on providing good services we got a new interesting and very challenging project for BMW how trusted us with, offering support for the applications.

After delivering allot of good quality small projects, we got notice by a Big company and we started our Mercedes Me Project BaseOps support 24/7 and manage to grow the team in the next years.

After having some meetings with people that own big company's and doing some research on the market have decided that i have to build a team here in Romania and switch from being a freelancer to being a Service provider with onshore team and the journey begins again in to a defernite direction.

After 2 years of working as a one man company have notice that the clients needs more diversify services so i decided to find some Freelancers and be a subcontractor for multiple arias in IT and be the point of contact and control betwin Client and Experts. Manage to work provide in the next 2 years more then ~150 projects to around 100 clients using around 100 experts in diferite fields.

Starting the company and finding the first client was one of the hardest challenge that have faced, after couple of weeks of rejections have started to offer small services for free so i can prove that i can provide quality and create a portfolio of projects. After 3 Months had the first client and from there all is history.
